Team Members
Nikki
Nikki is the Clinical Director at Infinity Behavior. She joins Infinity with 10+ years’ experience in the field of ABA providing services in home, clinic and school settings. Nikki holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology where she authored published research on utilizing video modelling to teach joint attention skills and utilizing caregivers as interventionists in the delivery of ABA services. She has provided training and mentoring to RBT’s pursuing their BCBA certification. She is passionate about providing quality clinical services to all clients and caregivers and making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
Ivy
Ivy has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 2015 in a wide variety of contexts. Originally from North Carolina, she earned a dual undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology from Western Carolina University in 2014. After moving to Florida in 2019, Ivy soon earned her master’s in psychology with a concentration in ABA from Purdue Global University. Ivy specializes in increasing independence in all clients to decrease severe maladaptive behaviors and increase verbal behavior while targeting functional communication skills. Ivy believes all clients should be given the opportunity to have a voice, therefore excels in increasing AAC device use for individuals who may communicate differently than others. Additionally, Ivy’s passions within the field include the training of behavior therapists and caregivers in both ABA principles as well as crisis de-escalation to ensure the utmost quality of care in a safe environment. In her free time, Ivy enjoys spending time with her family, going to theme parks, painting, and relaxing with her husband and pets.
